Advantages:

Легко добраться, неподалёку хорошая столовая. В гостинице красиво, чисто, всё удобно и вежливо. В номере есть даже банные халаты.

Disadvantages:

Ужасный матрас! Как принцесса на горошине спишь(

Advantages:

Всё круто! Если устраивает место в промзоне)) Вид из окна был зеленый) Чисто, красиво, соврем. ремонт, всё есть и на кухне, и в номере. Отмечу, что подушки хорошие, а матрас - такое себе, с пружинами. Но красиво))
